One-on-One Intensive Training: $100 /1.25 hr. session (patient discount 10%)
Begin to find the competitive juices of being an Elite Athlete by learning how to work out and lay the foundation to build strength. Intensive Trainings allows athletes to work with our fitness expert to enhance athletic performance and full body strength.

Small Group Intensive Training: Adults/Youth $30 per person / One hour sessions
3-6 persons per group. Our Intensive Training principles are incorporated into all exercises. Small group training will focus on the factors that make you a better athlete. Core strength, Balance, Flexibility, Power, Speed and Agility are addressed for whole body development.

ELITE PROGRAM OPTIONS
TEAM Intensive Introductory Workshops: $50 / player /1.5 HR SESSION
3-6 player workshops put athletes through all phases of our ELITE Intensive Program.
Sampling all training aspects: Core strength, Balance, Flexibility, Power, Speed and Agility allows us to expose your performance needs. This will determine where performance gaps exist for the athlete and for appropriate program placement for either our Elite Training program or Group Intensive Training in preparation for ELITE Training.
Elite Intensive Training (For Elite and Aspiring High-Level Athletes Only) $1200
Six 90-minute sessions 3x per week for 2 weeks
3-6 player per group. Elite Athletes will work on improving their biomechanics for performance training to reach their maximum potential on the field while minimizing injury risk.
Issued Equipment includes: BOSU, Stretch Strap, Foam Roller & Stick, Ice Pack, Rock Tape, Nutrition. Upon completion of the Elite Intensive Training, ELITE athletes are qualified for an 8 Week Season Access Pass *Access Pass includes use of: Training Room, Injury Consults, KT Taping, Ice, Heat, Nutrition Consulting *Fee $250
